Funny enough I'm more of an FFVI person but the rage from this like you say would be explosive, I think the are a majority of people who don't care about FFVII who deep down would want that to happen purely to see the rage, I can picture any journalist who finds out before hand setting up multiple monitors on different forum and waiting for the news to drop and the reactions like it's a long awaited blockbuster movie.
