Movies on demand films cost like... 4-5euros for the SD versions for a rental. They could include a package which had something like netflix and maybe try and put a spin on it which sounds like you're getting music from the likes of Youtube and Vevo, but no expecting access to the full library of videos on Demand for just 40euros for a whole year would be suicide for Microsoft financially.
