How could that be if the game is supposed to be released on ALL consoles? Wouldn't be very exclusive at that point, would it?

THQ the publisher went under if you remember which means the studio was left to do things on their own like funding and had no publisher, Bayonetta 2 was a multiplatform title at one point but no one wanted to fund it so it got cancelled until Nintendo stepped in, Devil's Third fits the description and situation, it being multiplatform before doesn't mean anything as situations can change.
