I hope all you Americans are listening to the large number of Europeans who've posted in this thread. However hard it is for you to believe, THE WII IS NOT SUPPLY CONSTRAINED IN EUROPE! I'm sure some Wiis were diverted to NA but that has not led to supply contraints. The Wii has been in stock on Amazon all week as well as other major internet and high street retailers. Shop To even discounted it! I'm sure people can come up with examples of individual stores which don't have Wiis but that applies to the other consoles and most games too.
If the numbers are correct then the PS3 beat the Wii fair and square this week. Why is that so hard for some of you to accept? Why does it bother you so much? It's not like the Wii's struggling for survival.
