Good point. But Zombi U wasn't made by Nintendo, so they had nothing to do with that.
As for Nintendoland, I think that that one just isn't the type of game that instantly makes it clear what the console/controller is all about, like say, Wii Sports was. Or Mario 64. Those games were revolutionary in their own ways. Nintendoland just doesn't create that same instant understanding, even if you see it being played.
Furthermore, Nintendo haven't really done much as far as creating game experiences that put the GamePad's unique abilities to relevant use after Nintendoland. It's mostly just used for maps, off-tv play, small touch-based commands, gyro camera controls and whatnot. Although it does make for a very smooth, quick and streamlined experience in some cases, it's nothing shockingly relevant nor extraordinary.
