The peaks for PS4 was 81 000 (BF4) and 92 000 for COD ghosts.

I saw a few times last week. I think it was 65 to 60 or 60 to 55 for 2 or 3 days.

No,  same when it's evening in America and 3/4am in Europe PS4 is ahead of Xb1 by 5000-7000. While XB360 is ahead of PS3 by 10000-12000. PSN was down for 2-3 days.
