Yes, it is the international verion of the game. The game will also include Eternal calm and The last mission.

you have no idea how excited that makes me.  I absolutely mastered Final Fantasy X (having beat it, done everything, and got every secret multiple times, as in, I don't find Neslug or Penance hard, or chocobo racing or 200 lightning bolts, I got I think 560 as my record), so a new challenge is doubly exciting.  so, very, very, very exciting.
