When I first played Warhawk, I couldn't help but think about how well that gameplay would work with Starfox (as an online multiplayer mode of course). Part of your team flying in Arwings, another group on foot, and others in their Landmasters....I would play that for a long time.
For the single player, I'd definitely like to see them branch out of the on-rails missions and try to modernize the third person shooter mechanics a bit for on foot missions. There's still a lot of potential in the series. Especially as a top tier mutliplayer experience.
