Don't forget a few things.
1. Mario 3D Land (download version) is now being offered as part of a deal in Europe/Australia, which means that the number of people who own it will have increased without it showing up on VGChartz.
2. A number of games have strong eShop sales, most notably Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
3. Pokemon X/Y will significantly drop in sales as soon as the next mainline Pokemon title releases, which is likely to be October 2014.
4. While Pokemon X/Y will sell strongly in the next couple of weeks of data, so too will Mario 3D Land, and Mario Kart 7.
Simply put, while it's possible for Pokemon X/Y to come out ahead of all other already-released 3DS titles, it's certainly not guaranteed. It's probably going to be a very, very close race between four titles - Pokemon X/Y, Mario Kart 7, Mario 3D World, and Animal Crossing: New Leaf (and possibly also NSMB 2).
