Can someone please explain to me what this health care controversy in the USA is exactly because from the distance it sounds like the same thing we have here in the UK (NHS) which is a good thing, with the NHS you have mandaotory health care and you pay for it in your taxes but no matter what comes up you're entitled to treatment no matter how severe your condition. Having close friends and family being treated for horrid conditions like Cancer and so on with out being hit with huge bills really hits home and the NHS is one of the reasons it's difficult for people here to leave as it makes a huge difference.
