What do you mean? The PS3 version has higher contrast. They look identical otherwise to me.

If you take into account the OLED screen they are mostly likely on full parity.

PS Vita version seems to have an unstable framerate and far worse textures. Hopefully a lot of it is just down to video compression and things will look fine on the Vita's smaller OLED screen.
