Because it would NEVER be the precious child that had those pictures in the first place.
Although I wouldn't put it past Wal-Mart to try to pass off a used 3DS as new.
Not sure what to believe. Not enough information, but a hysterical set of parents who may or may not have been influenced by balloon boy.
