Wii U not in top 5 sales on 14/12/2013 ... AGAIN.

C) Those sales are actually pretty solid. In fact if Wii U could maintain that through December, it'll have over 5 million in total units sold, which was the bare minimum I originally said it would reach by the end of 2013 anyway. It's almost at 5 mil as it is, and the fact of the matter is, Wii U is still the Next Gen market leader until something else passes it up. And given that Mario Kart and Smash Bros. are on the way, let's just say I like it's odds.

A) Yes it does. (IMO because that's subjective) That doesn't mean it has a great line-up, just a better one. The only games Wii U has that I'd consider "big" (sales wise) would be the 2 Mario games and a Zelda remake. They alone don't make a $300 system seem like a good deal. 

B) I haven't tried the Wii U or even seen one in person yet. With that said, an expensive controller like the Gamepad would probably work better as an add on reguardless of how amazing it is. It would make the system price go down and you'd still have the option to buy one later on. It's a win win for everybody. Not trying to rip on the Gamepad (I'm sure it is cool) but no doubt it's lowering the systems potential audience.

C) I agree. The sales are rather solid but only considering the lack of big releases so far. Wii U will likely have a good turn around next year but I'm not expecting lightning in a bottle either.
