It depends on the nature of the fetish, like I said. You assume he's a man turned on by men, and that the reason is that he's attracted to men. Not only is it possible for a guy to be turned on by men without being attracted to men, but there's no particular reason why he needs to be turned on by men to be turned on by "chicks with dicks". Personally, I've never understood that particular fetish, but there's no particular reason why those turned on by "chicks with dicks" have to necessarily be gay (or bi).

Getting turned on by men and being attracted to them goes hand in hand.

Anyhow, I don't really feel the need to continue this discussion. We clearly have different views on this subject.

Wouldn't that make the discussion interesting? 

OT: Not entirely sure why him being African American is important or why you were looking at someone else's phone but linking the described pictures to a person being gay shows an apparent simplistic view on sexual preferences. There are many grey areas.
