Entei getting Scared Fire via move relearner is one of the big things.

Genesect's Techno Blast is now 120 BP (was 85 BP).

Cresselia and Whimsicott both get Moonblast.

Meloetta, Mismagius, Azelf/Uxie/Mesprit, and Jellicent get Dazzling Gleam.

It's crazy how Entei actually became useful just like that, plus that extreme speed.
