Looks like the UK still sells them in that bundle. They stopped selling them in the US and Japan back in June. Some parts of Europe I know no longer sell them too. Surprised the UK still has them.

As for EA, who really knows that was all about. I think that early support was a mix of John Riccitiello trying to work with Nintendo and then being ousted which stalled the working relationship and the other portion being the Origin speculation. But as I said, all speculation.

I am not buying that Acitivison is shitting on Nintendos audience, I believe they are sick of having to dumb down games for Nintendo to catch up. The "broad" audience Nintendo gained did not care for those types of games anyway. Sony and Microsoft gathered the casuals and kids who care about those games. Activision seems to know how to tap into cauals with titles like Guitar Hero and the like. I dont think Destiny will be as successful but they are placing their bets. They figured that out once World at War came out that the Wii's audience would not be . By the time World at War came out the sales were huge for the Wii and still didn't yield desireable results. Ubisoft definitely made hand over fist on the original Wii though.
