N64 by far.
Mario 64 and Ocarina of Time were simply revolutionary back in 1996 and 1998.
Also, it was the period when we had Rare at their best..Goldeneye 007, Banjo Kazooie, Blast Corps, Jet Force Gemini, Perfect Dark, etc..
Imo, the N64 is the much superior console when it comes to the most important aspect, games.
