Could you provide a link for this please, because I cannot find this information anywhere. Also, beastiality is a misdemeanor in Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Missouri, Colorado, it's a felony in Arizona and it's a felony and a misdeamonor in Connecticut. So your list of states where beastiality is legal isn't all that accurate.
