The way it works(at least where I am) is if we have them in stock in store we sell them as is. We obviously encourage Games and accessories along with it, and Live/ PS+. Now if the store itself is sold out, Gamestop can also find you a system from their Web in Store. GS is holding a undisclosed amount of consoles back for replacements(in case you have a defective console), and preying on last minute buyers with forced bundles. Every bundle for PS4 starts at 600, XBOs start at 800. Now if you were already interested in the games these bundles offer, they are actually really good deals. But if you are only interested in 1 out of 8 games they throw at you then it isn't much of a benefit. Yet you could always sell said games u don't like. But at that point you are losing money.
