Was MS's decision to limit the launch countries this holiday to 13 a mistake?

Eh time will tell.
Certainly USA is the best region for their console to sell. It makes sense to allocate more here, it's more valuable here than elsewhere. Plus shipping to other countries wouldn't have made as big an impact as if they have secured USA. I'd say it was a worthwhile gamble.
