Not having launched on those countries was handing them over to Sony on a platter. So, yes, it was a mistake cause Sony didnt limit their launch.
Is anyone predicted a big spring release of the X1 on the remaining countries without any buzz and holiday shopping rush? Nope. Not gonna, happen. By then the PS4 will be sporting Drive club and Infamous already.
