aye, their PR department is really on the agressive with trying to annoy fans atm. As for someone saying they might be quoting a crazy customer complaint they had called in.... really you think it would be that off the wall to say that Kinect isn't connected right?

clearly whats going on here is ask themselves a simple question, be fast and reply "check all your cables at the back to ensure the kinect is attached, since Kinect doesn't need to be connected to power on the X1 system...." and be both really good to answer a customers issue and point out that the X1 is working without kinect because it can.
