NoE, NoA, NoJ: Who's the worst/best?

The only thing that matters is results. In Europe the wii u is in a horrible state. In the UK it is nothing.

Surely whoever manages this region is the worst of the bunch.

How can anyone seriously put NoE ahead at a time like this?
