PS3 was my first Sony console. So, i would put these three at the top.
The Last of Us, Uncharted 2 & Shadow of the Colossus. As to why, the easiest one to explain is Uncharted 2. People often say playing a movie as a negative thing but Uncharted i feel is that does it right. I mean if you are willing to give such games a chance. It was such a joy to experience an Indiana Jones esque adventure.
The other two are quite hard to explain to someone who hasn't played them and even to those who have. People experience different things playing games, some would be okay just killing everything that moves and not reflect deeper on the themes presented. As for me, both of them touched me on an emotional level and the gameplay was excellent too, along with the sublime narrative.
Edit: I'll add Journey too since i already mentioned more games than it was asked.
