You can't say you're using both and expect people to read it as an objective post. I just mentioned several games rated higher than the games you mentioned. That is a fact. Now, your opinion may be different but that is only your opinion and should not be used in combination with meta when it fits you.

Forza 4 is a 91 which is only one point lower then Forza 3 but to me its better since it has more content.  Burnout Paradise is a 87 which is pretty much the highest score for a open world arcade racer and Horzion is a 85 which is one of the highest rated spin offs no matter what genre as a matter of fact I doubt that there are many other spin off that rate higher in other forms of media like movies or tv shows.
