I have and I follow them as well as I can.
Never been banned in my six years and counting in here and I've had only two warnings. I intend to keep it that way. I don't understand all the complaining about the mods in here, especially people who sign up and start mouthing off the very same day, get banned for flaming/trolling in their debut and then come back to whine about it.
That's been happening a lot lately.
The rules aren't that hard to follow. I admit being borderline sometimes but I really do try to stay withing the boundaries.
