It's a site where you register your Nintendo consoles and games (and even some third party games) for "coins". You can use these coins to buy free games and Nintendo merchandise. They survey you about how you feel about their games, too.
I've gotten probably five "free" games--I'm sure it's more but I'll just say five--a gold Nunchuck, and a Legend of Zelda soundtrack CD that should be arriving any day now.

Oh, before I get your hopes up too high--My free games were mostly 8-Bit Nes titles or Gameboy games! I got Majora's Mask for N64, too. They have a few more current games available but I've just been saving my coins for whatever big item they spring on us whenever I'm out of coins.
