Is PS4 CPU is better than Xbone CPU?

It uses only one core... using all the cores of a Core i7 it will really blow away everyting.

 

Especially single core should easily blow away one core of PS4/Xbone. Better IPC, higher clock, better arch... Way more than 2x.
