Sony should try to convince Camouflaj to make a Vita-port of République... would be a great fit for the Vita.

Ryan Payton was assistent producer of MGS4 and the first creative director of Halo 4. He is still a huge Metal Gear Solid fan and his memories working with Sony seem to be much fonder than his business relation with Microsoft.
Camouflaj has decided to follow the premium pricing model of Telltale Games ($5 each episode, $15 for a season pass)... this pricing model works fine in the iOS appstore and would fit for the Vita audience, it doesn't work that great on the Android platform.
A port should be no technical problem, if the Unity game engine finally supports the PS Vita.
9 months ago, Unity announced that they are working on Vita-compatibility:

When that work is finally finished, there could be a flood of great Unity-based games for the Vita: The Room, ShadowGun, Dead Trigger, Deus Ex: The Fall and many more.
