I always pay with credit card (Visa gold preferred), and have my recurring bills automatically put on the credit card. I always pay it off every month, easy with electronic banking. I more then make up the fees in points. Couple months ago I printed out $1000 in vouchers to buy a new laptop, for a couple years of using a credit card. I still have another $550 credit in points, could get an XBox One for free, maybe next year.
I only use my debit card to get cash nowadays, which I hardly use either anymore. Coffee money.
It's an easy choice here, a debit card costs money too to use with only a few free debits per month, but no benefits for using it.
