Yes but just because a Wii game sold well doesn't mean a Wii U game will do the same numbers. It's a very different landscape today then it was in 2007 when Link Crossbow Training came out. Here's a good example.

While I obviously don't expect NSMBU to sell the same as the Wii one you are comparing here 4 years vs 1 year. 

This game has Zelda on the tittle. That alone will make it sell decently well.

I'm not saying it's going to bomb but it will be interesting how it sells in the west is all. I am honestly not expecting much from it but it might do okay in Japan.  As far as the name though, it doesn't have Zelda in the title.
