Over the years, I've been a pretty passive member. I've complained about several adverts on this site attempting to install malicious software, but still resisted installing an adblocker.
But now, when I open the vgchartz.com, I have to hit refresh about 6 or 7 times before the page opens up in a manor that it's functional.
The majority of the time, there is an advert that covers 80% of the forum links on the right side of the page. Some times it only opens the top banner and ad. Some times it doesn't load any of the forum links at all. And then when it does finally load, it starts screaming at me with audio adverts that I can't mute. (I tend to watch Netflix when browsing, so I can't mute my computer.)
I have now installed an AdBlocker for the first time ever.. CONGRATS VGCHARTZ!
The entire page now loads at lightning speed every single time without failure!
I would love to support you guys, but when the website is non-functional and annoying, what else can I do?
