I'm not assuming that. Instead of explaining the numbers, I'll just bump this in three weeks.

The numbers right now are 1,323k PS4 and 1,784k Wii U in America. 824k PS4 and 989k Wii U in Europe. It looks like I was wrong about America, but Europe is too close to call. Do you still care about these numbers? I'm up for bumping again post adjustments.
