Superior Multiplats -  Graphically games have looked better on the PS4, Microsoft still has the financial clout to secure exclusivity rights for DLC on most major releases though.  Battlefield, COD, Fifa all having exclusivity deals with Microsoft.  Some people have speculated that the X1 is lagging behind on multiplats due to having a resource heavy OS which will hopefully be refined over time.  Advantage PS4.

Lower Price -  After tear downs the PS4 and the Xbox One are both selling at cost (or a small loss).  It comes down to whether Microsoft can make the Kinect a selling point.  The voice recognition is pretty cool, but I'm yet to see a practical use for the camera tracking. Advantage PS4.

Better controller - The PS4 controller is leaps and bounds better then the DS3, I'm still on the fence about the X1 controller and if it is an improvement on the 360.  I'd put them as equal at present. Tie.

Faster Installs - The PS4 has an amazing install time, the X1 is fairly slow but in line with how long it takes on the PC.  I don't see this as a selling point.  Advantage PS4.

Party Chat - The PS4 has finally adopted cross game party chat but the quality is awful in comparison with the X1's audio codec.  That said Microsoft need to get this working as well as it did on the 360 before I give this one to Microsoft. Tie.

Media Integration -  Whilst the PS4 has a fair few on demand video apps, the X1 has a larger array of them as well as the option of HDMI input and a superior editing suite imo.  That said the PS4 has streaming, which isn't due on the X1 until early 2014. Advantage X1.

O/S - The PS4 has improved significantly from the XMB on the PS3.  However it's still pretty bare bones and to the point in comparison to the X1.  The X1 closely resembles it's Windows 8 cousin, others more in-depth features but can be cumbersome to navigate without voice.  Microsoft shown during the previous generation how much they can evolve the O/S over the systems lifetime so I'm going to give this to the X1.  Advantage X1.

Online Infrastructure - Microsoft historically have had a stronger, more reliable service. Sony have had problems with security and had downtime for maintenance on a regular schedule. However in terms of value Sony offer multiple recent titles to play for free, whilst Microsoft have responded by offering 2 games per month but these are usually more historic titles. Whilst I prefer Sony's game offerings I would choose to play on Live given the choice. Advantage X1.

Launch Lineup -  This isn't going to be relevant for long, both consoles got the same multiplats, but Microsoft edged out Sony on exclusives.  Advantage X1.

Future Exclusives - Sony have Infamous and The Order, whilst Microsoft have Quantum Break and Titanfall.  To be fair I think it's pretty even at present but Sony have more first party studios and have shown during the past generation to support a console longer into it's life cycle.  Tie.

After doing a quick comparison I have them as pretty even machines, ofcourse this is just my opinion.

Titanfall 2 is coming to PS4. If you mean a launch advantage then yes Titanfall counts.
