I disagree. There has been a huge increase between the cube and the Wii. The major one is obviously the user interface and that is where it excels. But it is 3-4 times as powerful as the cube. And online, while not perfect, smashes the cube(mainly because it didnt have one).


Aside from Wii Sports, I haven't yet played a game on the Wii that wouldn't have been better on the cube.  The aiming in TP would be just as convenient with the cube's analog stick, the pointing in Galaxy is so useless that it's stunning, and you actually can use the cube's controller in Brawl.

Just like Sony and Microsoft, Nintendo have just pumped up the graphics(but not done as good a job at it!) and tacked on a cute little accessory(Wii remote) to make it seem like they've actually done something.
