I've never had issue in the past when loading 1080p videos. Suddenly around 1-2 months ago, this all changed. Trying to load videos in 1080p causes insane buffering issues and it's driving me up the wall.

I live in a well-populated area, check my speedtest.net result after seeing YouTube acting insanely slowly (I have 52 down, 10 up).

I recently took a YouTuber's advice and blocked a certain IP address that YouTube sends info from, I deleted all of my browsing history/cache, and I even signed up to be in YouTube Feather's beta (it's an official YT program that removes a lot of features on the page to give you faster loading).

None of that helped *AT ALL*, and it's driving me insane. I'm using Google Chrome, to top it off.

Why is this happening to me? How can I fix it?

EDIT: Speedtest says I currently have 64 down, 12 up. Still crappy YouTube.
