Bristow9091 said: Can't remember if the game was on Sega Megadrive (Genesis for you yankee doodles), but it was basically a fighting game and you were robot dinosaurs... I think anyways lol... I remember renting it from Blockbuster anyway Another game, also for the Megadrive, it's going to be hard to describe since I can't remember too much, the setting was slightly futuristic, and it was multiplayer, I THINK it was like Golden Axe, but one of the characters was a guy with a gun, and another was a robot that had a whip... think there were levels that took place inside a shopping mall or something? Seriously, I only ever played this game once for like an hour at my friends house after school... |

primal Rage for the first one
there is a chance... if it was definately robots that it could have been rise of the robots

I'm not going to make that a link to show the image because that game is horrible :D but it could be the one you are after... it was really bad tho. trust me!

second is Alien storm, the mall bits are fps style with stuff flying at you? this is your game :)

Oh my lord yes Alien Storm is the name! That's the exact game, the FPS style mall levels and everything!
Still not sure of the fighting game, the first one you linked was dinosaurs and stuff, whereas the second one was robots... this game I'm thinking of was robot dinosaurs, so like a mix of both, or maybe I'm just remembering it wrong lol, but it definitely wasn't the 3D style of Rise of the Robots, lol, I know that much :P
Cheers though man!

No bothers at all, if you have an Xbox360 or the Ps3 btw the Sega megadrive ultimate collection has Alien storm on it along with a whole ton of other great genesis games. I'll have a think about the dino robot fighting game more, I know there was a Godzilla game on the Genesis too but I don't think Mecha-Godzilla was one of the characters in it, that game had the street of rage style up and down screen movement more so than just a 1 on 1 fighter.
