I didnt buy a wii for anything you listed, I bought one bc of the sports games and motion controls and it was fun with those when i had company over. Also I didnt care for games that were not nintendo games on the wii, never had the polish and good feel as them. the Wiiu will be just for the nintendo games as well, but no gimmick to make it a must have.
