A large chunk of that on either console could be flippers (which has all but collapsed). Another large chunk could be people who found the console elsewhere in the meantime and will never collect from Gamestop. Going into Q1, we'll have a better idea of where the numers might stabilize at, but until then, a lot of speculation.
