Really doubt Microsoft will announce they've outsold PS4 in the US. Even if it happened, they'd need to triple check Sony's numbers. It's the same reason why Sony hasn't announced PS3 outsold 360.
I'd guess Sony will announce 3 million global in about a week. Next Monday. Microsoft will probably not release global sales since they are too far behind. Instead next wednesday they'll talk about how great the demand is and give other stats like US numbers.
