At the end of the day OP, this is a gaming forum, so few people show interest in the financials. Even though the financials are EXTREMELY relevant to gaming.
You also then have a games media that is pathetic. Turning everything into 'console wars' And folks eat it up.
Bottomline, enjoy the games, while they last, because there are definitely changes coming to gaming as we know it. And it will be as a direct result of business decisions which effect bottomlines. Nintendo's crash and burn with Wii U has hurt them, they will have to bend towards whats profitable or break.
