The multiplatform games: probably 1 - 10 points lower than the home console versions (or the PC version).
As usual, the Vita versions will get no plus points for mobility but some minus points for not looking as good as stationary systems which have a power consumption of 100 Watt or more.
Meanwhile, the smartphone and tablet-versions get plus points for mobility but no minus points for worse controls or graphics ;)
