I can't take a word the guy says seriously ever since his bullshit regarding MS lying about increasing servers and about how every single E3 Xbone game ran on PC's because he saw the same pic of a PC running Lococycle and just assumed it was actually running a big AAA game someone actually cared about. Thankfully in both cases people actually in the know have long since corrected him and as you can see in the OP his goal posts shifted on these subjects.
None of us will ever know how MS treats indies. A very small handful of the bigger, more successful indies have bad things to say about their XBLA experience but there were tons of XBLA games last gen and MS has good indie support now for this gen.
