That gets the Wii around 18m-20m (sold) end of FY2007 (March 2008).
I think its pretty amazing the Wii is now only 4mill behind the 360 (globally) - and its only been a few months.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Nintendo announce 12-14 Million consoles by March 31st 2008 but I would doubt that is all they can produce ...
After their early year shortages I suspect Nintendo is moving to manufacture 1.25 Million units per month ... I would assume that they will (probably) be looking to have a maximum capacity of (roughly) 2 Million consoles per month so that they can (in a short period of time) build up supplies to meet demand for holiday seasons and big game releases. If demand continues to increase with supply they (might) be able to produce 20 Million+ systems in a year; I would not bet on this happening though ...
