I don't bet, I'm sure someone else will take you up on those however. X is so niche, to think it's getting anywhere near 1m is too funny!! Go look at how the 3 Rainfall games sold, nowhere near 1m, on a huuge userbase.
Edit - Actually don't, because the VGC numbers are completely off.

Xenoblade would like a word with you... Nearly 1M sold, and yet it would have easily reached 2M...Probably the most sought after game (used copies were 100$ on eBay at some point), so if X gets same amount of critical aclaim it will sell well by itself.
