The parity they force on everybody? If my game came out on PS4 first and later I decide to port it to xbone, they will not be accepting it on their system, its surreal.

The devs knew that before they started developing on the specific console though. 

If you don't know Microsoft's past treatment of indie devs and want to know, just google it.
