I don't think Horizon has dynamic lighting and it has night racing and a pretty good day and night cycle.

I'm pretty sure that Horizon 2 will have a even better day night cycle then the first game and probably weather effects also. I t will probably end up with a higher metascore then Forza 5.  Turn 10 just needs to borrow a few people from Playground Games to implement night racing in Forza 6 I'm sure they can help them with weather effects also.

I'm sure Horizon 2 will blow minds, but the fans want Turn 10's game to include night racing so new engine is needed.
