Well there seems to be grill over the CPU and in the powersupply, being compartmentalised should help as well.

Yes but over the CPU they'll have to put a cooler, and there doesn't seem to be much space.

Besides the 3 blowers don't seem to get air from anywhere.

well it would probably have to be a low profile cooler, you probably won't be putting something too high end in there. And you certainly won't be doing serious overclocking. It is wide enough for a two slot GPU so there is probably enough clearance for the fans to move air around in there.
