Microsoft is doing well even after the higher price tag and releasing in less countries. 

They can always release a kinect less bundle with a bigger HDD for the same price or even lower. Xbox one has a bigger room for a price cut.

 I doubt xbox one doing well World wide(it may do very good in NA) due to its higher price point, not working TV features, having less powerful hardware and Xbox always sells poor world wide compared to PS. Even if they remove kinect still its less powerful hardware compared to PS4 and its going to be atmost 50$ cheaper which is not a big deal because sony can easily match it(though they don't need due to its hardware is better than Xbox one).
