Good post! I think they're approaching that sweet spot with the price that will attract a wider market. Glad to hear you're enjoying it so far. There's definitely a lot wrong with the system but there's a lot to love as well, especially on the software front.
I didn't quite understand your last paragraph. Are you saying you've already bought those other games as well? Good choice if so! All of Two Tribes stuff on the eshop is really good too if you're after something challenging.
